Our sunny summers give the wheat a mild and soft character, with aromas of fine nuts and spicy malt, refined with turmeric, cinnamon and vanilla. We plant, harvest and roast our wheat in northern Pomerania.

Our grain coffee is naturally unsweetened and caffeine free - contains gluten.

• Ingredients: Turmeric, cinnamon, cocoa, ginger, vanilla and pepper from organic farming

Preparation:

• for the French press pots
• Pour 7–9 g (= one coffee scoop) per cup of hot water over the tea
• Let it brew for 3 minutes, stir, done
• or Turkish preparation – brewing in the cup
