Originally traditional coffee enjoyment from the Orient

One of the most original coffee preparations comes from the Orient and is still celebrated today from the Balkans to the entire Arab cultural area and along the Black Sea. Extra finely ground coffee powder is slowly brought to the boil in a small copper pot (called an ibrik or cezve) with cold water and optionally refined with sugar or spices.
