Our local lupin coffee, perfect for the Arabic preparation method, intense, smooth and yet full-bodied.

We dedicate this lupin speciality to the oldest of all coffee cultures. The traditional preparation has survived the centuries to this day.

Preparation in the Ibrik

• Cezve-Ibrik (Turkish pot)
• 7 g per coffee extra fine grind
• Pour into the pot
• season and sweeten to taste
• pour cold water over it
• bring to the boil over low heat
• and pour into the mocha cup with a swing
