Our local lupin coffee, perfect for the Arabic preparation method, intense, smooth and yet full-bodied and spicy in taste.

We dedicate this lupin speciality to the oldest of all coffee cultures. The traditional preparation has survived the centuries to this day.

Preparation in the Ibrik

• Cezve-Ibrik (Turkish pot)
• 7 g per coffee extra fine grind
• Pour into the pot
• sweeten to taste
• pour cold water over it
• bring to the boil over low heat
• and pour into the mocha cup with a swing
