Preparation in the Ibrik

• Cezve-Ibrik (Turkish pot)
• 7g per coffee extra fine grind
• pour into the pot
• sweeten to taste
• pour cold water over it
• bring to the boil over low heat
• and pour into the mocha cup with momentum
