A wonderfully nutty aroma, with warm tones of nougat and cocoa, and intense nuances of vanilla. We plant, harvest and roast our lupins in northern Pomerania.

Our lupin coffee is naturally unsweetened and free of caffeine, gluten and irritants. Lupins have an alkaline and beneficial effect.

• Pour 7–9 g (= one coffee scoop) per cup of hot water over the tea
• Let it brew for 3 minutes, stir, done
• or Turkish preparation – brewing in the cup
