A wonderfully nutty aroma, with warm tones of nougat and cocoa, as well as intense, spicy nuances of the Orient. We plant, harvest and roast our lupins in northern Pomerania.

Ingredients: roasted lupins, cardamom, cinnamon, galangal, allspice, clove, ginger and organic tonka bean

Our lupin coffee is naturally unsweetened and free of caffeine, gluten and irritants. Lupins have an alkaline and beneficial effect.

• for the French press pots
• Pour 7–9 g (= one coffee scoop) per cup of hot water over the tea
• Let it brew for 3 minutes, stir, done
• or Turkish preparation – brewing in the cup
