Our sunny summers give the wheat a mild and soft character, with aromas of fine nuts and spicy malt. We plant, harvest and roast our wheat in northern Pomerania.

Our grain coffee is naturally unsweetened and caffeine-free - contains gluten.

Preparation:

• for the French press pots
• Pour 7–9 g (= one coffee scoop) per cup of hot water over the tea
• Let it brew for 3 minutes, stir, done
• or Turkish preparation – brewing in the cup
